BWBJ is a grass-roots collective out of Oakland, CA. We are Black women and individuals across the African Diaspora working to transform birthing experiences for Black women and birthing people.

The Alliance for Black NICU Families™ seeks to raise the voice of black families in the NICU and post-NICU in terms of creating racial and health equity through policy advocacy, professional educational initiatives, family educational initiatives, leadership mentoring of up and coming African American-led organizations and public outreach for assistance. This organization also works to provide breast pumps to black NICU moms.

Research shows disparities in infant outcomes for families with a non-English language of preference (NELP). The NELP Resource Bundle includes action-oriented, evidence-based, or evidence-derived change ideas that NICU team members can implement to improve outcomes for families with a non-English language of preference and advance health equity.

Delivering joy to the NICU. Every Tiny Thing designs and crafts journals, milestone cards, care packages and more for families in the NICU. Founded, owned and operated by a practicing NICU nurse.

Project Sweet Peas is a 501(c)3 national non-profit organization coordinated by volunteers. Project Sweet Peas provides care packages, hospital events, peer-to-peer support, financial aid, educational materials, and other Project Sweet Peas services, support the cultural, spiritual, emotional, and financial needs of families as they endure life in the NICU.

Project NICU is dedicated to supporting families with children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the medical professionals who care for them. We connect with NICU parents and offer resources to support them during their journey both in the hospital and beyond.

When your pregnancy is high-risk, the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine is here to help you and your baby get the best care possible. We provide patient education about a range of high-risk pregnancy topics, what vaccinations are needed during pregnancy, and postpartum birth control.

After being disappointed in the lack of children's books about the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for her preemie twins, Ali Dunn decided to write and illustrate her own. Me Two Books' titles feature preemies/ NICU babies, twins, kids with disabilities, and those not represented by the traditional publishing industry.

The National Perinatal Association promotes evidence-based practices in perinatal care.
