How long will my order take?
Orders can take 5-10 business days to ship.
Orders are made on demand for you in your size and design preference as they are placed. Typically, orders take about a week to create *after the items arrive at our fulfillment center* and are shipped via Fedex. Once you have your tracking information, you should expect to see your delivery in about 3 business days. We try our hardest to get your order out as soon as we can!

Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
If you would like to exchange your item(s), we ask that you initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at shop@dearnicumama.com to start the process. In your email please include the following:

A member of our team will respond with the address to ship your return to, using the carrier of your choice. Once you’ve shipped your item, send your tracking number to shop@dearnicumama.com so we can keep an eye out for it!
We will provide you a return tracking number once your exchanged item ships. Please allow 7-10 business days for the exchange process.
EXCHANGES

Use a FedEx shipping label (provided by us)
Ship back to our facility using a trackable carrier of your choice. A 10% restocking fee (deducted from your refund) will apply to returns using their own shipping methods.
DAMAGES + DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Unfortunately, orders are sometimes damaged in shipping or are defective. We will do our best to replace your order with a perfect replacement as quickly as possible once we have the proper documentation to communicate with our supplier and shipper. Within 2 business days of receiving your order, please reach out to us at shop@dearnicumama.com with your oder number and contact information to let us know about the issue.
To begin the process of issuing your replacement, we will need:
Your order and contact information
A photo of both the item with the damage or defect
A photo of the packaging it arrived in
Timing is very important as well as the documentation of the issue. In most cases, we are able to send a replacement within a few business days. Please be prepared to send the damaged or defective item back to us with the original packaging as sometimes, our supplier will need the item back for inspection.
